Solutions With Fiberglass Mesh Tub Coating
દુનિયામાં ફક્ત અમે જ ઇન્સ્યુલેશન સાથેના ડોમ હાઉસ ઉત્પાદન કર્તા છીએ. ડોમ હાઉસની પેનલની બહારની અને અંદરની સપાટી અમે જેલકોટ અને ફાયબરગ્લાસથી બનાવીએ છીએ. ફ્રિજ અને કોલ્ડસ્ટોરેજમાં વપરાતું પફ ઇન્સ્યુલેશન પ્રવાહી સ્વરૂપમાં બંને સપાટીની વચ્ચે નાખીએ છીએ. કેમિકલ અંદર નાખ્યા પછી થોડી ક્ષણોમાં ખુબજ દબાણ સાથે ફોમિંગ થાય છે, જે અમારી પેનલના ખાલી ભાગમાં ફેલાઈ જાય છે અને આકાર પ્રમાણે ઘન સ્વરૂપમાં રૂપાંતર થાય છે. પેનલમાં પફ ઇન્સ્યુલેશનની જાડાઈ 75mm અને પેનલની ટોટલ જાડાઈ 78mm થી 82mmની હોય છે. બારી અને બારણાંની પેનલ્સ સાથે ટોટલ 8 પેનલ્સ જોડવા થી એક ગોળાકાર ઘર બને છે.

નાનામાં નાનું 345 ચોરસફૂટનું ડોમ હાઉસ તૈયાર થાય છે.
અમારા ડોમ હાઉસ બનાવવા માટે વપરાતો કાચો માલ જેલકોટ અને ફાયબર ગ્લાસનો ઉપયોગ દુનિયા ભરમાં ખુબજ મહત્વની જગ્યાએ પણ થઇ રહ્યો છે જેમ કે પેટ્રોલ સ્ટેશન પર પેટ્રોલ સંગ્રહ કરવાની ટાંકી માટે, એસિડ જેવા જલદ કેમિકલને સંગ્રહ કરવાની ટાંકી માટે, ભારતના ઘણા રાજ્યોને જોડતી અને ઉપયોગી નર્મદા ડેમ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટેની પાણીની પાઇપો માટે, દરિયાના ખારા પાણીમાં ચાલતા વહાણ માટે અને બાથરૂમના બાથટબ બનાવવા માટે પણ થાય છે.
What is sunken slab?
These are slabs which are constructed along with normal slab but at a certain depth below the normal slab level. Sunken slabs are mainly used in toilets, bath rooms, wash areas, utility & porch. The level difference accommodate the pipe lines and helps to conceal the pipelines when the floor is finally finished.
ભારતમાં દરેક ફ્લેટ, એપાર્ટમેન્ટ અને બંગલાના બાથરૂમમાં વોટર પ્રુફિંગ કરવામાં આવે જ છે. ભારતના દરેક ઘર ના બાથરૂમમાં ચિકાસ અને ડાઘા દૂર કરવા માટે એસીડ-હાર્પિક જેવા જલદ એસિડિક કેમિકલનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે જે ધીરે ધીરે ટાઇલ્સ અને કોંક્રેટમાં નીચે ઉતરીને તેને નુકશાન પહોંચાડે છે. એસીડ-હાર્પિક જેવા જલદ એસિડિક કેમિકલનો ઉપયોગ કરવાના કારણે સારામાં સારા અને મોંઘામાં મોંઘા વોટર પ્રુફિંગ ઉત્પાદનો ઉપયોગ કરવા છતાં લીકેજના પ્રોબ્લેમ થાય છે. દીવાલોમાં ભેજ આવે છે. મોંઘા ભાવના બાથરૂમ અને દિવાલો પર કરેલો લાખ્ખો રૂપિયાનો ખર્ચ બરબાદ થઇ જાય છે. આ માટે અમારી પાસે સાચો અને 100% ઉપાય છે. ભારતીય બાથરૂમના RCC સનકેન સ્લેબ માટે અમે મોલ્ડિંગથી ફાયબરગ્લાસના વિવિધ આકાર અને માપ પ્રમાણે ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબ બનાવી આપીશું.
કોંક્રેટ સનકેન સ્લેબ ભરવાના સમયે ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબને મૂકી દેવામાં આવે તો કોંક્રેટ સનકેન સ્લેબ બનાવવા માટે વપરાતા લાકડાના પાટિયા કે સેન્ટરીંગના પતરા વાપરવાની જરૂર પડતી નથી.
અમે તમારા બાથરૂમ માટે આર્કિટેક્ટ ડ્રોઇંગ પ્રમાણે ફાયબરગ્લાસથી સનકેન ટબ મોલ્ડિંગ કરી આપશું. ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબની વિશેષતાએ છે કે તેનો બહારનો ભાગ ખરબચડો હોય છે અને અંદરનો ભાગ લીસ્સો અને ચમકદાર હોય છે. ફ્લોરિંગ અને સનકેન સ્લેબનું કોંક્રેટ કામ ચાલતું હોય તે સમયે જ ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબ મૂકી દેવાંમાં આવે તો ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબ અને RCC નું ઉત્તમ પ્રકારનું જોડાણ થઇ જશે અને બંને વચ્ચે કોઈ ખાલી જગ્યા રહેશે નહિ. આ પદ્ધતિ નો મોટામાં મોટો ફાયદો એ છે કે તેને ચોટાડવા માટે કોઈ પણ કેમિકલ કે સોલ્યુસન લગાવવાની જરૂર રહેતી નથી જેથી ઘણા રૂપિયાની બચત થશે.
સનકેન ટબની જાડાઈ તમારી જરૂરિયાત અને બજેટને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી 1.5mm થી 5mm રાખી 100% પાણીના લીકેજ ને રોકી શકાય છે. ફાયબરગ્લાસમાં તિરાડ પડવાની શક્યતા ઘણી ઓછી હોવાથી તેનો ઉપયોગ ફાયબરગ્લાસની ટાંકી બનાવવા માટે થાય છે. જેમાં પેટ્રોલ અને જલદ એસિડ ભરી રાખવા માટે પણ થાય છે. ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબમાં પાણીના નિકાલ માટે તમારી જરૂરિયાત મુજબ કાણું (મેનહોલ, ગટર-પ્રવેશબાકું) પાડીને આપીશું. તમે પણ તમારી જરૂરિયાત હોય ત્યાં પણ કાણું (મેનહોલ, ગટર-પ્રવેશબાકું) પાડી શકો છો. ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબનું ઉત્પાદન મોલ્ડિંગ પદ્ધતિથી થતું હોવાથી દરેક ફાયબરગ્લાસ સનકેન ટબ એક સરખા માપના અને સાંધા રહિત બનાવી શકાય છે.
